Straightforward pricing. No hidden fees.
You pay per pickup, not per item. Three flat rates — one store, several stores, or same day — each covering the trip, the documentation, and the receipt.
Accepted items: clothing, footwear, accessories, handbags, and small goods. Items must be hand-carriable. We do not accept oversized items, furniture, or appliances.
What we accept: Clothing, footwear, accessories, handbags, jewelry, and other small goods sold at Irvine Spectrum stores or shipped by Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Items must fit in a standard shopping bag and be hand-carriable.
What we don't accept: Furniture, large electronics, appliances, oversized boxes, or any item that cannot be comfortably carried by hand.
