How pickup works in Great Park

Our densest pickup zone. Beacon Park, Cadence Park, Rise, and Novel Park are all covered, including the newer villages off Ridge Valley.

Book online and pick a window: mornings run 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and afternoons run 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. You do not need to be home. Most Great Park customers leave the bag inside a gate, in a porch nook, or with a code in the special instructions field.

Your driver photographs every item at pickup so there is a record of exactly what left your door. Once the store processes the return, we upload the receipt to your order page and email it to you.
