How It Works
Five steps. You do the first one.
Most of our customers spend about sixty seconds on a return that would have cost them an hour. Here is exactly what happens after you book.
Step 1
Schedule
Start with your address so we can confirm you are in our zone. Then add each item, pick the store or carrier it goes back to, and attach whatever that retailer needs — a QR code, an order number, or a photo of the receipt. Choose a morning or afternoon window and pay. The whole thing takes about a minute.
Step 2
We Arrive
Your driver shows up inside your window. You do not need to be home — leave the bag at your door. Before anything moves, the driver photographs each item and logs it against your order, so there is a timestamped record of exactly what left your porch.
Step 3
We Return
The driver batches nearby stops and works through them. Retail returns go to the counter at Irvine Spectrum or the nearest location. Carrier returns go to Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Whole Foods. You can watch the status change as each stop is completed.
Step 4
Confirmation
When a return is accepted, we upload the receipt or drop-off confirmation straight to your order and notify you. That is your proof, and it stays attached to the order permanently.
Step 5
Rejected Returns
Sometimes a store says no — outside the window, worn, or missing tags. We photograph the item, record the exact reason the associate gave, and bring your merchandise back to your door at no extra charge. You are never left guessing.
What We Need From You
One piece of paperwork per item.
Every retailer wants something slightly different. During booking we tell you exactly which one applies to the store you picked.
