Can you return items to more than one store at the Spectrum?

Yes. Multi-Store pickup at $29.99 includes up to three destinations, and Priority at $39.99 covers the same three with same-day service. Additional destinations are $9.00 each, and each one gets its own receipt on your order page.

What if the store refuses my return?

Your driver photographs the item and the counter, then we bring it back to you at no additional charge and credit your pickup fee. Return acceptance is always the retailer’s decision, not ours.

Do you go to the Spectrum every day?

We run routes Monday through Saturday. The Spectrum is on every route, so a standard booking is dropped the same day it is collected in nearly all cases.

Why the Spectrum is the hard part of returning something

Irvine Spectrum Center is the return destination for most of Irvine, which is exactly why returning something there is unpleasant. Parking fills by midday on weekends, the walk from the outer structures is long, and the stores with the busiest return counters sit at opposite ends of the property.

If you have items going back to two different stores, you are not running one errand — you are walking the length of an outdoor mall twice, carrying bags. Most people put it off, and a meaningful share of those refunds are never collected.

Stores we return to at the Spectrum

We handle returns to Nordstrom, lululemon, Vuori, Nike, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, American Eagle, Old Navy, Tillys and Levi’s, plus carrier drop-offs for Amazon, UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Each retailer has its own requirements, and the wrong paperwork is the main reason a return gets refused at the counter. When you book, we tell you exactly what that specific store needs — a QR code, an order number, or the original receipt — before your driver arrives.

Your driver visits both counters on the same run and logs a separate receipt for each. You get one order page showing both returns and their status independently, so a delay at one store does not obscure the other.
